A: Ultimate Esport was founded in 2018 with a passion for bringing something special to the Southern California area. We've poured our hearts into every aspect of our journey, from designing and submitting plans to navigating construction, also compliance with city regulations. What sets us apart is that there is no other business like ours around here, which is precisely why we're thrilled to introduce this exciting concept to the community.
However, just as we were starting to make progress and overcome challenges, an unexpected hurdle came our way. In March 2020, shortly after our soft opening, the pandemic hit, leading to widespread lockdown measures. It was a tough time for all, especially for new businesses like ours. Despite the difficulties, we are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support we received from our customers and the community. All your encouragement has allowed us to continuously improve our services, step by step, and organize more amazing events and tournaments for everyone to enjoy.
Q: How does Ultimate Esport work?
A: When you visit our venue for the first time, we'll assist you in signing up for a membership account. The best part is, unlike other gaming centers, there is no sign-up fee - it's completely free. Having an account with us offers several benefits. If you don't finish your game time on the same day, the remaining time will carry over when you log out of your account.
*If no account is required or if it's too complicated, we can log you in as a guest on the PC, which is helpful for young kids.
Once you have an account, simply check in with our front desk on subsequent visits. We'll help you review and reload your account if necessary, and then assign you to your seats accordingly. Please note that general seats like lobby, private, and window seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure fairness for all customers, we are unable to reserve these seats. However, we do offer reservations for our VIP Room and the Stage. You can easily make a reservation by clicking here.
Q: What is the difference between Lobby, Private, and Window seats?
A: The seating options have distinct features and specifications. Lobby seats are situated in the central area of our venue and may be shared with other customers. Window seats are located next to the windows in a 2 by 2 arrangement, offering a closer playing experience for groups of 2 or 4 when available. Private seats consist of individual PCs in separate cubicles, providing more personal space compared to other seating options. Additionally, both Private and Window seats are equipped with better GPU setups.

A: We offer flexible pricing and an Ultimate credits system to meet different needs. Hourly rates are available for shorter gaming sessions, while a day pass deal allows for extended periods of gaming. We also provide special deals for frequent visitors or those staying for a longer time.
With the Ultimate credits system, you can conveniently deposit money into your account. Deposits of $25 or more come with varying percentages of bonus game time. These credits can be used to extend your game time or order drinks and snacks through our PC UI, eliminating the need for additional payments. It's a seamless way to enjoy uninterrupted gaming and satisfy your cravings without reaching for your wallet.

Q: Does Ultimate Esport provide controllers? Are we allowed to bring our own peripherals?
A: While we primarily focus on PC gaming and provide the default keyboard and mouse, you are welcome to bring your own peripherals, such as a keyboard, mouse, headset, mic, and controller. We have available USB ports for connectivity.
Q: Does Ultimate Esport sell any PC components, peripherals, or provide PC building service?
A: Currently, Ultimate Esport does not sell PC components or peripherals, nor provide PC building services. However, there is a possibility of offering these services in the future.
Q: What games are available at Ultimate Esport?
A: At Ultimate Esport, we have a wide selection of popular games available for play. We have most of the popular games downloaded and ready to be played, and all you need is your login credentials to access them. However, if you don't see a specific game you're looking for, you have the option to download it yourself if you have the game license. Additionally, if you're a regular customer and interested in playing a game that we don't have downloaded, we may be able to accommodate your request and download the game for you.
Q: Do you have to have an account/game license already set up for the games you want to play?
A: Yes, for most games like League of Legends, Valorant, and others, it is necessary to have an account or game license in order to play. This ensures a personalized experience, whether you are playing at an esports cafe or elsewhere. Nowadays, many games offer free account sign-ups, allowing you to easily create an account. However, for certain games, you may need to purchase a game license to gain access and enjoy playing them.
Q: About all the Figures in Ultimate Esport venue?
A: At Ultimate Esport, the figures displayed in our venue are not items we sell as part of our service. They are primarily a personal collection owned by one of our business owners. However, if you have a specific interest in any of the figures, we can certainly inquire about the possibility of obtaining a quote for you. It's important to note that these figures can be quite expensive, and many of them are no longer in production, making them rare and valuable collectibles.

Q: How old must you be to enter?
A: There is no specific age limit for entry to Ultimate Esport. However, guests under the age of 15 must have parental consent to be in our facilities after 10 PM.
Q: What is the policy regarding bringing outside food and drinks?
A: You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to Ultimate Esport. However, please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Additionally, we offer a range of snacks, noodles, and drinks that you can order directly from our PCs for your convenience.
Q: Can you smoke in the Ultimate Esport venue?
A: No, smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed inside the facility. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. We kindly ask all our guests to respect this policy. If you need to smoke, we have a designated smoking area located outside the venue where you can do so.
